Think you might hit a sore point here Mick. There was a huge forum article on here a few months ago regarding cd's of emulations for sale on e bay and the likes of.
Can't trust p.c's, bloody things. Like i was told ....."Always back up yer files"......................... do'nt that just piss you off when somebody tells you that just after you've lost everything!!!!!
Good luck.

Regards. Dave

I wouldn't buy an eBay EMU CD, in fact, I'd try and get the advert taken off eBay as it is illegal to sell that kind of stuff on there.

What used to be available was Troutys CD Service - Troutman [Layout Designer] used to have an up to date set of CDs available, and they were free, although I think there may have been a postage fee. Not sure if it is still around, but I'll try find out.

yeah i've seen them CD's on e bay. I was wondering where the fella got the machines from. i reckon they are ALL off here cos every one in the CD list is emulated on here. the amount of people that's payed for that CD and didn't know about this site. but i suppose they are handy if ya ain't got the disk space to save all the fruitys on or summat. i found here by using a search engine and it went straight in me favourites list

Lol, at a guess I would say either a Fujitsu or an IBM....cheap, but nothing but trouble in the long run - if this 120gb dies I'll scream!

With response to the above post - just to make clear that there is/was a CD service available, at

http://fruitzone.mys...t/cdservice.htm

Not sure if it is still on the go, but at least you won't be lining the pockets of some retard here to cash in on the EMU scene into which theyve donated nothing.

Almost as bad as that 'MSN Microsoft urgent patch' ad, which subsequently asks for £19.95 for a patch Microsoft offer for free :S
