1280x1024 TFT?

That'll be at least a 17"cher.....I'll see what deals I can dig up for everyone :)

BTW I personally prefer 17" Flat CRTs, like my LG Flatron - make sure a TFT really suits your needs, as the pixel reaction times can make games quite ghosty :)

I wouldn't recommend a TFT [unless its a DAMN good one] to people who spend most of their time playing fast paced games :)

Microdirect have a 17" AOC that runs 1280x1024 for £276, plus delivery..
Dabs have a nice Samsung SM172V 17" for SM172V 17" for £284.99 plus delivery....

Always worth checking eBay, so

http://cgi.ebay.co.u...3&category=3698

is an 18.1", buy it now at £199.99

http://cgi.ebay.co.u...4&category=3698

is a 17", but it now for £200

and lastly, this Iiyama

ViewItem&item=4122971898&category=3698

is in buy it now at £245

All of the above can be bid on conventionally as well, so may go below the 'buy now' price.
