Can you change the jps on machines or is it a different rom? I would love to play noels house party on £10 cash or casino 5-liner/red arrow on £25 similar to arcadia were both 15 and 25 are available.

Theres a fair few released JPM layouts that are multi stake/JP roms. The recent Red Arrow layout can be changed to £25JP.
Load the layout, go to 'OPTIONS' on the top bar of the emu, in the box, you can see where it says £15 and 25p in the stake/prize/payout boxes in the top of the window. Changing it to £25 then pressing OK will allow the game to be played with that jackpot value. Just remember to hit the 'RESET' box at the top of the emu to get the new JP value. SuperBREAKOUT works similarly.
Of course, running the layout with the new jackpot value is all fair and square but the artwork/decals on the layout will still be the £15JP decals. Also, the £25 game is somewhat more brutal gameplay-wise than the £15 version.
