Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if by using my refill key i can dump my hopper without opening the door? I have lost my keys and dont want to break in!

what machine u got?
u don't have to break in. just get a drill and drill the centre of the lock. and jobs a gud un

No, you need to open the door.
Otherwise every Tom, Dick and Harry would be doing a tour of England armed with a refill key and dumping like crazy!

Red hot knights by barcrest, just wanted to know if i could dump the hopper without opening the door wih my refill key? Gonna get my drill!

You could put it in test and get £1 out at a time, but you wouldnt be able to dump it.

or unplug the switch or re wire it so that its open

If he can open the top door to get it in test mode, he could just unplug the hopper and tip it all out...

He could do that, but they do tend to get a bit stuck that way.

on the subject of hopper dumping, how do you dump it on a horizon ?
edit : well that was silly, you do it through test mode, why bother with a hopper dump switch
or use the hopper dump switch inside the cashbox which is easier and faster.

refill key switched on,top door closed,push hopper dump button.
if this doesn't work then check that both wires are connected to the hopper dump switch and both wires are properly pushed into their connectors.

make sure the wires are connected to the microswitch terminals otherwise your clutching at straws
