Just wondering a couple of things... The Barcrest Triple 7 cabinet can contain loads of games on the one machine, Rainbow Riches, Elvis, etc. And apparently, there are over 50 games available. The cabinet that we have in work has only 4 games on. I was wondering if it costs more money to buy the machine if you have more games on it? For example, to buy the machine costs, say £4000 with 2 games, or £5000 with 4 games... i.e. the more games you have installed, the more it costs? If this is the case, what is the maximum number of games one cabinet can hold? Cheers!

I think the most is 5 or 6 per cab. you tend to see more games on the ones that contain the likes of Reelking.

Hi,

Know a bit about this as I have a couple of them; great machines from an operators perspective.

The 777 can have active at one time 9 games but this can be just one game. You can choose from a library of games but each is licenced. The operator can choose what games to have on from the menu's in the machine.
The max number of games it can actually hold depends simply on HDD space but I imaging its lots!

If you want to add games to a new or existing cab you just buy the licence from Barcrest/distribution and then upload onto your 777 cab via simple USB update process; brilliant and makes the cab a good investment for the future and for a long life.

What's more each cab can be changed between Cat B3, C or D; lately even the B4 cat.

Price is the killer of course, each 3 games costs (ex VAT) about £2.5k or £1.5k each (in B3 case) about £2k for 4 games in CAT C case. The machine itself is £7k ish!!

Hope that helps.

yeah we have them in rileys snooker halls and at the moment they have about 15 games on them but only 4-6 games avaliable at any one time.

as marting says they are expensive to buy but lets just say they are worth it to the supplier after a certain period of time.

i would think barcrest will start to produce a cheaper version for the pub market quite soon as games warehouse infinity is starting to make good money now in pubs.
