Hello All,

First of all thanks for taking time to read and help me out, i'm new to the forum so nice to meet you all.

First of all I have a Barcrest Psycho Cash Beast Fruit Machine, it is the old version so a few years under it's belt.

The Machine "was" in perfect condition when suddenly a Fuse Blew in the main power supply box, I looked and found it was the Fuse that powers the Lights up, the machine still functions but with no lights.

I need some Help & Advice if possible, I bought the machine for "novelty" and to learn around how the machine works and functions.

I know little about the mechanics so am open to all advice, I've also bought the same fuse from suppliers but they continue to blow.

Thanks again!

he says he has the old version which will still power up and work normally without lights as the fuses for the lights are on the main power supply and not a mux board.

sounds like you will either have dry joints inside the power supply or a capacitor will be blown.

both cases will need a repair by a reputable fruit machine supplier if you are not electronically minded(i would recommend getting someone who knows what they are doing as you could feck it up even more!!!

Yeah that's correct it's the old edition.

Funnily enough, i've just opened up the machine, I didn't realise and think but I looked inside every bulb, and 40% where black, I removed all the blacked bulbs, and then reinstated a new fuse in the Main Power box, great news was the fuse didn't blow like normal, however all the other bulbs don't light up is this because I need to replace all the other bulbs for the full circuit of bulbs to work?

Or is this still a main fault?

Thanks Adam
