Have you read the tutorials? To run an emulation you need both the roms (.bin files) and a layout (.gam and .dat) files. Check under helpful documents to the left <-----

Hiya mate. Welcome to the scene.
Most fruit machines in the download section contain a single zip containing the actual layout (layout as in actual artwork), and the rom files (rom files are the machines program).
If you download a layout, there may be instances where you have to then find and download the roms for that layout. If you've downloaded a layout and then downloaded the roms for a particular fruit machine, you need to unzip both folders and transfer the files contained in one of the unzipped folders, to the other unzipped folder. It doesn't matter which one but all the files from both folders need to be in a single folder.
If you're running each emulator individually, you also need to make sure you are using the correct emulator for the layout. BIN files are usually the roms for the machine where-as GAM files are created and found in the layout folder. Just make sure you have downloaded all the parts that make up the fruit machine, and unzip and put all the sub-files into a single folder.
