Just go to Asda.com, The arcade is only £80-£100, you'll be waiting forever for that offer to kick in.

Edit**** forget that Matty, it was an offer that ended on Sunday :arghh:

I hate referral links.

I hate the idea that people expect me to buy *them* a games console. It's insulting and shows a complete lack of effort.

If you want a 360, save up and buy one. Do some extra hours. Get a paper round. Sell some junk. If you are really desperate, get one on interest free credit, or failing that, standard credit and pay it off as soon as possible (edit - only applies if you are 18+, and I assume you aren't)

well tbh its not like im asking you to go kill someone, its just a short process & did i mention it was free?

again you arent buying it me, ive got to spend the time sending the links to people & ask them to do it

as for saving up im on job seekers under the sever hardship act, i get £100 every 2 weeks & my dad has to have £70 of it for board/food/electric etc etc

so that leaves me with £30, that dont last long when you have mobiles to top up (ringing for jobs), internet to pay, clothes to buy & finally money to spend on peoples presents when its their birthday

and before anyone comes back saying oo your a lazy dole dossing twat, you try getting a job with just GCSE's & with it being the reccession & no-one hiring & all the major companies by you going bump

and go back to college/6th form?
i cant as i got kicked out & the schools/colleges wont have me round here as im a "bad influence" on other pupils apparently 8-)

all i ask for is a small favour & get shunned |:
can even earn off it yourself

But it's not free. I'll be taking out more than one contract so that you can get an Xbox 360 out of the deal.

... isn't that called spamming?

I'm out of work too, and can't afford to be wasting money setting up contracts so that you can have a free Xbox.

all i ask for is a small favour & get shunned |:

But it's a small favour where you expect the userbase here to sign up for contracts so that you can have an Xbox 360 for free. It's a multi-level marketing scheme (or scam).

It's not so much you want a free Xbox, it's (as I've said before) that you expect the userbase here to pay for it.

As for earning off it myself, I'd not stoop so low as to expect others to buy me an Xbox 360. You need some food? I'd gladly donate food. You don't *need* an Xbox 360.

hows that? i didnt say take the contract, there is free stuff where you dont have to pay or take anything out >.>

nope as im not pestering people and each one ive asked if asked in a different way & not gone

hi xxx

woudl you go here and do this for me xxx

thank you xxx

I'm out of work too, and can't afford to be wasting money setting up contracts so that you can have a free Xbox.

again no contracts & if you dont want to do it why bother posting, im sure many other people have seen this thread, read it & ignored it

did i expect them to sign up for contacts NO!!
there is also some offers besides contracts

again as ive said ive asked people on other sites ive used not just here

and i see it as you scratch my back & ill scratch yours, people do often trade referals for referals and tbh idrather do it on a site i regualy use where the majority of active mebers will help each other, and i dont need food as my board covers that (:

final comment - going back to when JFC posted that thing for us to vote for his child in that contest, i saw you were nit picking there, JFC does many a classic & that was a way of paying him back as actions speak louder than words

How old are you? You probably don't understand the concept, but even if something says FREE, quite often, you have to give card details up front, and if you forget to cancel you pay.

nope as im not pestering people and each one ive asked if asked in a different way & not gone

... so you are spamming then.

again no contracts & if you dont want to do it why bother posting, im sure many other people have seen this thread, read it & ignored it

... and again, you are not old enough to understand what contracts are, and are probably not old enough to actually join one of these schemes.

did i expect them to sign up for contacts NO!!
there is also some offers besides contracts

Name some. If you want people to go out of their way to buy products so that *you* can get a free games console, at least do the decent thing and tell them which ones are both risk-free and free to complete.

again as ive said ive asked people on other sites ive used not just here

... and once again you've admitted spamming.

and i see it as you scratch my back & ill scratch yours, people do often trade referals for referals and tbh idrather do it on a site i regualy use where the majority of active mebers will help each other, and i dont need food as my board covers that (:

Ooh, final comment. You'll actually find that I was most willing to help JAFC in that case, but he refused (or forgot?) to answer my simple question - how much was it going to cost? Being out of work yourself, and apparently relying on charity to get you an Xbox 360, I thought you'd understand that there is a huge difference between say a £1 text or a £5 text. All I needed to know was how much I'd be charged. He didn't answer, I didn't vote.

I've got all the time in the world for JAFC because he does go out of his way to produce layouts and whatnot, but also expect to be told upfront what it'll cost and if I need to add any 'nospam' type content to the text, and my phone is purely for family / emergency type stuff and not for receiving advertising.

I've attached a screen-capture of your forum sig. You claim you don't spam, but with 1340+ posts of yours all featuring that sig, I'd say that's spamming. Not only that, but you also claim you'll be donating £20 to Fruit-Emu for each subsequent referal. How would we know how many referals you received? How would we know you'd actually send £20 each time?

I see you finished on a final comment, which was an unrelated matter.

Heres a final comment for you - get off your arse, stop whinging about how badly off you are because you don't have your precious games console (trust me, in the grand scheme of things, that's pathetic given how many people are worse off than yourself), and if all you want to do is spam the userbase here for free goods, you know where the door is.

maybe we just dont want you to have a free x-box.
You shouldnt have time to play one neither, you should be job hunting, and if you do get a job then BUYING and x-box would be a reward would it not?????

And this is a fruit machine forum anyways.....

Ahhh...... well that speaks volumes does it not? Maybe if you had stuck in at school and not been a bad influence etc etc you might have had good qualifications and thus be finding it easier to get a decent job.

TBH if you cannot afford to get one legit then don't bother you have not 'earned' it. You don't NEED an xbox or PS3 or wii etc. You should be looking after the pennies so you can pay for what you need like food and clothes etc. :skeptical:

Right want a 360 & being a cheapskate but help me?

Right lets start here, if you want a job, you need to be able to speak english, this includes grammar.

Something like "I would like an XBOX 360 but I can't afford it. Maybe you would help me?"

Adding, a "please" in there wouldn't go amiss.

matty.ns new xbox :)

Ok, this is just spamming now, this is an emulation site, not an advertise your stuff here site. Whilst I will admit its not strictly emulation only, its certainly not for advertising yourself to get free stuff.

go there, complete an offer (there are free ones) & then thats it

Again, no please or thankyou? It really is surprising you dont have a job. May I suggest in interviews that a bit of common courtesy will help you. And dont stop there, if you are nice to people while doing whichever job you eventually get, you might keep it.

And grammar again. Captial letters at the beginning of sentences, full stops at the end.

then you can refer more of your friends to get something for yourself :p

Why would I want to scam my friends?

as soon as i get enough referals ill get an xbox 360

And were lumbered with these dodgy contracts for overpirced tat.

as a way of thanks i will donate another £20 to the site :)

Bribary will get you nowhere.

Seriously, IF you are looking hard for a job I sympathise, but if you think getting an xbox360 will help you, it wont. If you are bored go learn a skill, you have google and there are millions of teach yourself guides on it.

You could code an emulator, learn rocket science, do a theory driving test, find out how to change bits of your car, anything you want, its all there if you can be bothered.

Getting yourself an xbox and blowing the heads off virtual zombies is not the way to further your life or career. I have a mate who just spent 3 years jobless doing that exact same thing (ok, not always zombies, but you get the picture).
