If this is the norm...and I believe that it is, then it's time to bring back proper National Service. Soon whip these tossers into shape and treat them some manners and respect....and while we're at it. Make the parents accountable and get them as well.

OMFG !!!! reminds me of an earlier thread 'yoof crime' which our man Gaz started i believe.
Although that turned into a bit of a debate about next door nikki IIRC,,anyways..give the polis more powers..let them give these little tossers a good kicking make them think twice about doing it again.

thats why we never ever use babysitters.....its nan or grandad..or dont go out...(or i go out and she stays at home...
