Hi all am a newbie to the site and own a barcrest genesis mpu5 physco cash beast machine.I switched machine on and it started shouting :HEY CHECK THIS OUT:and a fault code of 54-28 and the words NO 24V DRIVE OPTO is displayed.I read the machine manual and it says to count the number of led flashes ,it flashes green 8 times,then red twice.If i press the test button the first thing its supposed to do is a coin dump ,but this does not work.So can anyone advise me if theres anything i can check myself before having to get someone out to it.Any help greatly appreciated.

Im no expert but is the hopper connected ok and check if there's a coin stuck in it cause i think that errors for the hopper not sure though.

Sounds like you've blown a fuse, check for any dodgy fuese's and replace them. Should it still keep blowing when replaced you could have a dodgy PSU.
