i have just started to use this site again i am a bronze member when i try to download a file it says that i have exceeded my limit for today problem is i have not dl anything?

Hmmmm..that is strange indeed.
Although your not confirmed as a bronze member untill your username turns red/brown (ish).
Unfortunatley there is nothing i can do for you..will have to be a site admin that needs to look into it.
Hang tight and im sure Duplu will sort it out for ya soon.

The memberships last for 1 year. If you believe it is less than one year then let me know the address you paid from and I'll check the records. As to why it is already saying you have exceeded your limit I'm not sure and will need to check the downloads log, which takes a bit longer.
