Hi, I have been following this scene for quite some time now, but however i am having a weird problem with MFME!

When i am playing a emulation, Viva Espana for example, when you get numbers on the win line and the trail lights up, the trail lights stay on for the rest of the time, and sometimes when i get nudges, the music just begins to loop and crashes the emu!

I also get this problem with MPU 8.5

I am using Windows XP and have tried setting the process priority to low, but it is still the same.

Specs are
AMD Athlon XP2000+
Gigabyte GA7VA Mobo
256Mb DDRRAM
Gainward GeForce4 128Mb Ti4200 (with latest drivers)
WindowsXP (No service Pack!)

Cheers

I run a PIII 450MHz, 128Mb RAM and Win 98, so I don't think your computer spec is the problem! Have you tried deleting, then rezipping the emulator (that is assuming you kept the zip file)?

I have tried deleting the emulator completley and d/l again but still to no avail.

Does it store settings in the registry? Might have to delete them!

Only other thing I can suggest is to check that the delay is set around 200-400. Also make sure that your monitor is set to 1024x768. Apart from that, I can't help you anymore.

My mates emulator stopped working and in the end the only thing that cured it was to reinstall windows, I hope you have an original and not copied version of windows xp as that could well affect it also.

:)

It only seems to be on certain machines, ie Viva Espana, High Spirits, and another couple that i can't remember!

I am going to try re-downloading the roms!!

Cheers for the help!
