I heard a great deal of folk having issues with the pink version of these phones and the bluetooth connections.

Will ask about... :bigeyes25:

if the phone keeps freezing while messing with the bluetooth then it sounds like an internal fault

my D840 had the same problem, sent it back to vodafone & they fixed it free of charge, turns out one of the wires was loose or so they said

if its less than 12 months old take it back to where ever you got it from & complain :)

Do Samsungs allow for online software flashing like SonyEricsson?
If so, that would be the 1st thing I would try, if not I would do as someone above suggested and take it back. If its older than 12 months go direct to Samsung though and see what they say. They will probably tell you where your nearest authorised service centre is and send you there.

If its eating the battery whilst using the camera and the bluetooth problem aswell its a firmware problem you need to get the firmware flashed and re-installed i had the same sort of problems on my C902 sony ericsson

theres your answer

if it says sold as faulty no returns then your screwed

by stating fault & no returns then you have no support over it

should get a nokia 6230/6230i

unbreakable phones :)

Samsung phones are horrible phones.

Try taking it apart completly then put it all back together, seems to cure near enough all the Samsungs I get asked to fix that also have crashing problems.

So they say

i sold a ps3 as spares

i said only the HDD was missing & Wifi was faulty

yet there turned out 2 be a load more problems that i didnt know about

they asked for money back, i said no, complained to ebay & ebay said i said spares & no returns so thats that

may be a similar story here
