I've cut the joke down... but up to this bit, basically the driver was pulled over by the police for NOT stopping at a STOP sign, his argument was there was nothing coming and he'd slowed down.

London Lawyer says, 'If you can show me the legal difference between slow down and stop, I'll give you my licence and registration; and you give me the ticket. If not,you let me go and don't give me the ticket.'

Greenock cop says, 'Sounds fair. Exit your vehicle, sir.'

The Lawyer gets out of his vehicle.


The Greenock cop takes out his baton and starts beating the living crap out of the lawyer and says, 'Dae ye want me to stop, or just slow down?

I'm not sure if you can edit a post after someone has replied. Either that or there is a time limit to when you can actually edit a post. Admin can and Mods probably.

Yes you can only get a certain amount of time to edit a post..Admins and Mods can do it anytime.

Sharpy going back to the point about the thread will NEVER end..why not change the rules slightly (just a suggestion) but why not make it at a time of your choosing to close the thread.

No-one is ever gonna know when that will be..might be an hour from now 12 hours..a week..6 months..2 years..whenever you decide when you wanna close the thread and let an Admin or Mod know..and the last person to post on the thread wins the money.

Ye could let an Admin or Mod know that you want the thread closed and obv theres gonna be no cheating..to quickly add another post in before the thread becomes locked.
