Whatever !!
Haha - it goes a little something like this. Went into William Hills yesterday with the sole intent of playing one of their fruities. Seems to be an ok start, 40 pound in with a bank of 97....... thats the start of the downfall. Playing the Rainbow Riches game, I am recycling my bank and it soon dwindles down to nothing. More money goes into the machine, and I get a few wishing well features for 2 pound - which was sick, and then get the 3 Leprochans for a few features too of which the best paid 30 pound. Gambled the wins on the wheel, and zip - lose. I walk away having put 350 quid in.
Tonight.........
Walk back into bookies, armed with 50 pound. I goto the same machine, only to find a Mr Patel playing it with 380 odd in the bank - I was sick, thinking alsort of expletives under the sun....... Anyhow, I goto a different terminal. Reel King this time.......20 quid goes into machine, and within a couple of pound, the kings come in - in a nut shell I had 99 in the bank for 20 quid played - So I was thinking, ahh at least I pulled some loss back - I exit Reel King to goto Monty Python, and first spins gives me 5 x A's .....2nd spin put me on the feature with 3 symbols, where the blokes arms and legs get cut off - it offers 25 pound and I take right away. I exit and go to Rainbow Riches, and get 3 Lep's for 50 quid, a few spins later 4 Lep's for 30 quid (SICK!!!) and I end up all together with my money back that i lost from yesterday plus a few bob so I am happy and leave.
I miss the bloody bus home.........so back into the bookies I go. Mr Patel is not on my terminal, and so I jump on and play Pots Of Gold Rainbow Riches - 5 quid note goes in the machine, and on the 4th pound........ ALL THE SYMBOLS FLY IN except ONE CORNER ONE................ At the same time as going, "Get the f*** in there sports fans", im thinking, "you twat!". Anyhow, it offers the gamble - and not a f*****g chance, I collected and legged it !!! Considering the loss the day before, a nice profit of a few hundred pound, for little put into the machines !
Praise the lord! Amen!

Is there any need for such sarcasm? If you can afford to gamble, do it if you want. If you start cashing and pawning to feed a habit - you need help...... Im not in a position to do that - I can afford to lose money at the moment should I choose to do so - I was having some fun .

Typical response.Having admitted going into William Hill for the sole purpose of playing fruity's and the fact that at this moment in time you can afford to do it,a problem will occur sooner than later.I can afford to lose money at the moment should I choose to do so
Not having a dig, these threads pop up all the time and are greeted the same way.
Would you be so forthcoming posting about the last time you spunked all your money away.
You may thank me for the link one day.

Deano is spot on Scott.....You don't read threads about people who've spunked £300 of their wages up the wall. You only hear or read about them when people win.
Big deal......Who cares? How many times have you lost before you won back a small portion of your losses? I can see those FM manufacturers rubbing there hands in glee. No doubt you will be back on the same machines next week and we won't hear a thing because you will lose.

Thank f*** the days are gone when i spunked up a weeks wages in a hour and starved for a week till next payday....took a divorce and loss of the house to bring me to my senses, and i havent gambled now for going on 20 years this January coming.

Cyberpunk:- alienated loner who lives on the edge of society in generally dystopic future where daily life is impacted by rapid technological change, an ubiquitous datasphere of computerized information, and invasive modification of the human body.....Hmmmmm
