Right Rich ........... thats a million questions................but lets get you running a machine......Casino Crazy......
Firstly you need to download the Emulator from the Download section..
http://www.fruit-emu...nload&cid=1#cat
Save this to your harddrive.......The Emulator is in a way the 'box of a fruit machine' ok..
Now create a folder and name Casino Crazy or whatever (suggest on your desk-top for now) JUST DON'T LOOSE IT!!
Now you want the layout..same place downloads...this is the 'glass' if you like.and the ROM or 'The Brain'
http://www.fruit-emu...etit&lid=934#dl
Now save this to the folder you created.
Open the folder and you will see a Zipped file...Unzip it into the same file and close it.
Go to your start menu and you will see the Emu FMEIW icon...
open the MFME tag and you will get a grey screen...
Click 'File' on it (top left) and search for the file in which you saved Crazy Fruits..open that and away you go....
Now this will only help you to play this machine as there are different Emulators for different machines......This though will hopefully give you an idea. There are very good help files on the fruit-emu home page....Good Luck.

Forgot to add that Crazy Fruits cannot be Emulated right now due to some bloke called Stuart-----oops no thats not right a bit off the mark there...
Crazy Fruits cannot be Emulated due to their makers....
look at the Tool on your start menu, then the downloads on Emu and using the above method compare say the JPM Emulator and JPM downloads....and fingers crossed you will see the difference...Different Emulator = Different machines...
Finally you may have to alter your screen res too to fit all the machine on screen.

No your not Rich I gave a bad link to the machine I think.I was trying to do a million things at once......
Try this --- Same emulator different machine.........Get this running and thats the MPU3/4's....MFME you can mess with....
You will get more help here but if not PM me or add to the poost and I/we will help more ok.......But go play this one it's good.
Or if you want to try your own just scroll down the new releases and look for the MFME logo next to the release they will all work..BUT NOT JPM

Hate to post something which may well be 'off topic' as such, but
CAN WE PLEASE HAVE A NOTE ON THE MAIN PAGE STATING THAT NO MPU5 OR SCORPION 3 UPWARDS MACHINES CAN BE EMULATED??
It would not only make me 'appy, but would make lives easier for those that are trying to find Psycho Cash Beast / Pie Factory / Crazy Fruits [AWP/CLUB] and Spiker The Biker...
Unless I get started on an MPU5 emu, which I doubt, although - I almost have the expertise, I am not sure about the encryption methods used, and have never attempted such a project.
Just a thought :D

[sorry about the avatar, its Ultimo MPU5 reel, although I never bought any of the machines I was offered, seeing as my Each Way Nudge is in great order :)]

True they ain't emulated but some body could make PDX's of them using the fruit machine construction kit.

We probably could put a note up but :
1. They don't read what's there now, ie, RTFM!
2. If we put MPU5/Scorpion 3/SP.ACE machines are not emulated are some people gonna know what the hell we're talking about? I can see the next questions being what tech is this? what tech is that?

duplu that thought crossed my mind too hence my answer being so basic.
Is it not possible to add in a welcome email to new users about the help files and the Emu Emulator?
And finally Rich sussed out why casino crazy didn't work?....Well I said you have to ensure you use the right emulator for the machine?
I had given you the MFME emu and a JPM machine!!..beer doh!!!
So if you want to run casino crazy you must use the jpemu tag.....and just to make it a little harder this is one where the ROM is seperated..so download the machine and rom into the same folder and unzip as normal..just type 'casino crazy' in the search bar in the downloads section and you will graphically see what I mean.

cheers, i got a couple of machines working, but i think my computer is a bit slow for some machines.
as for the note about crazy fruits not working, i would have still asked as i dont have a clue about the tech side :? so maybe a bit in the FAQ about all the popular machines which cannot be emulated would be better, and in the opening screen/ welcome e-mail explain that they should read the faq BEFORE POSTING
also i found i can get the crazy fruit machine for £275 fully re-conditioned, think its a good idea as i have never owned a machine before.
cheers

Machine Running Slow
Try changing the speed of the emulator....
Jpemu..Look under Options
MFME..Look under Configuration
Make the number Smaller.>>>Smaller number faster running.
