A quick apology to all who have been expecting FMEF. There has been a hold up with the way I was doing the reels. I have found a workaround by creating seperate bitmap images and just shoving them out to the screen. I am currently creating a tool which takes a single reel image and creates the seperate images automatically. Whilst this may take more room, it is actually quicker and provides a nice easy way of making the 2D reels look curved.

The tool should be done tonight so I can just adjust the code to accept the images and that should be that. So far I have only sent out 1 pre release version, and unfortunately I think I am about to break that layout, which is why I have held off with the others. Once this final bit is remedied the others will be sent out.

So sorry to all who are waiting for the first release, it is coming, soon.

Ditto to what eveyone else has said, at the end of the day its your emulator and you should be happy to release it when you feel its good and ready.

Send me those Cash Vania ROMs and a flier and I will have a shot. One of BFMs only decent modern machines. What problems are you having?

Who cares, if at the end of the day he can't get the emulator together, at least he is trying and doing something in FME.

So Alth let me get this straight. I'm writing a new emulator and hope to get some more games running that MFME doesn't, and some extra features MFME doesn't have. In the process teaching myself how to emulate different things in the hope that one day more techs can be added.

Yes MPU4 has been done before, but its not as if MFME runs every game is it. And you know, its still 10000% more towards the scene than the pissing and moaning you do. In fact, what do you do towards the scene? Or are you the elected minority to ruin it for the rest of us, there's always one, is it you?

I'm not trying to get at you, you're trying to get at me. All I asked is what you have done around here that makes you think you need jump on my case every time I make a post.

What everyone seemed to want was an emulator which was reasonably open and had lots of updates with progress.
So I did what I thought was right and good. And 99.9% of FME has accepted it with good grace. I'm more interested in what I have done to you to make you so pissy at me on basically every post I make about FMEF. Its real, its happening, and I'm not lying about it, sorry, get over it.

And if you think I would can this project over you, then you really do think a little too much of yourself.

Regarding the predictable reply about what I do or did within the scene it just shows how little you f*****g know about FME.

I know enough about FME to write an emulator, you?
