as most people know on this forum i am willing to source and supply any spares that i can get either from scrapped machines or stuff i have stored in my garage or that i buy brand new at trade price

however

i am now getting a bit f***ed off with people saying they want stuff and i get it then say they will send payment then a month down the line they haven't bothered their arses.

the people who are guilty of this know who they are.(mainly new members)

i am willing to help but NOT get f***ed about.

this has happened 3 times in the last 6 weeks and some of the spares are hard to get hold off if you aren't in the trade and i DO actually pay for it!!!

so in future if anybody wants something from me i will need payment within 7 days.

Theres a few joke threads that can be done in, but yes Baz you provide a great service that don't deserve that kind of time wasting!

if people buy parts then the genuine peeps will tend to pay instantly by paypal as this is a good way to pay for there goods.

i agree 7 days is good, if you buy from a shop they want payment in advance so fair do's

Baz,

It's a real shame that people let you down especially that you are providing spares that are sometimes very hard to find or would otherwise cost a lot of money.

The answer is simple you are respected enough on here to be a 'trusted' source so people should be willing to part with their cash up front.

So don't waste your time and effort being a debt collector and focus your efforts on people that trurly value your time and efforts.

If it was me Baz, treat it exactly the same as say an ebay auction, no pay = no items.

That's bad whoever asked for these off Baz and didn't bother contacting / paying him. Try and do someone a favour and this is how c***s repay you sometimes, which is unfortunate

personally i think the majority of members on here would not dream of asking for parts of you baz and not paying for them

for those that have.... do the right thing because next time your machines go wrong

the help you ask for may not be there and the man has gone out of his way to help you using his own time and money for your enjoyment....

Thats so shady! I think your been too generous matey, if its not somebody you know well, as £6IT says, pay before delivery. After all if they get stoppy, its their loss, not yours. I'm just glad you aint told everybody to get f**ked!

If its of any interest to you i have an old Barcrest magnificent 7s machine and a QPS club Fast fruits machine gathering dust in my shed. Both machines are generally in working order but do have some lamps that are gone and the odd fault so are not perfect but i am very happy to take bits out and send them on if anyone wants parts for their machines.......
