Rip the vob files using DVD decrypter and then use Super 2007 to convert the files to a PSP readable format, Super has options to do this.

OK, TBH there is only one ripper / converter I know of that will sort this.... ImTOO DVD Ripper Platinum... provided at the following link, complete with cough cure
