HI i have this machine and i cant find any info on it as i was taking the money out of the top hopper to put in again and i must have pulled the cable cause now the bells are ringing and i cant reset it manualy , can anyone give a hand please its about 6 yr old this machine ?

It's JPM Impact based hardware incase that helps anyone diagnose it.
How were you trying to empty the hopper - were you just pulling coins out with your hand, did you pull it out and turn it upside down, e.t.c.?
Before the alarm comes on, does the machine 'try' to pay anything out - is there a whirring from the hopper?
