Crazy Fruits Strim Error 19

Hi people, absolute amature here so excuse me if im in the wrong section but i have just bought a second hand fruit machine (crazy fruits) and after it checks sound, rom and other initial checks it does, an alarm sounds and it reads 'strim error 19' i have no idea what this means but it now only allows freeplay when the bottom panel is off the machine, if anyone can help i'll be most grateful!!!

close all door and let the error run,the alarm will sound for about 15-30 seconds and then will go silent.DO NOT SWITCH THE MACHINE OFF.wait until the strim error clears from the display.once this has cleared stick a coin in and that should be the error gone completly(if you dont put a coin in the error will keep coming back when you open and close the doors.
