Hi I used the forum a while back and had no problem with using this emulator now I have downloaded the MFME32 emulator but cant get any of the games to work the Layout loads but the machine never starts. What am I doing wrong?

Have you got the actual ROM file as well as the layout ?

Which game are you trying to load up ?

Could be that you are trying to load games made for MFME9.4 or 10.1a in a older version...

Just pop along to CLIFFS REPRO - link on left hand side and get these newer versions (just log in as a guest)

hiya argylefan,have you tried downloading some of the other emulator versions ? ie 9.4 and 10.1? you can get them from cliffs repro - check out the link on the left side pf this page- (im sure someone will correct me if im wrong),but i think most of the layouts on here will run on them- hope this helps

was trying andy capp and eastenders, have the rom in the same file as the layout but not working will try cliffs repro to try the 10.1 version

Is Andy Capp not MFME 1.1?

MFME 3.2 should be fine for these games.

Are you mabye just not giving it enough time to fire up ?

Load up the game..then goto File>Prefrences(spelling) and click the auto-throttle checkbox.

I cant find MFE1.1 anywhere that s the one I used a little while back and when I tryto click on the multiple fruit machine installer nothing happens!!
