Hi guys just recently installed "vista" which passes validation. the problem is i seem to be having a conflict between windows media center and the DVB-T USB stick and a DVB-T 300U (Both Freecom i Think)(Serial No: 675D0675279) once i install the drivers and click on the media program which came with the free to view stick a error message comes up saying: Please Install Windows Media 9.0 or Higher Problem is Vista comes with WMP 11 preinstlled. does anyone know of a way to get this working or of a way to remove the media center?
Thanks in advance.

Advanced Uninstaller PRO - uninstall programs easily and completely with this excellent uninstaller for Windows Vista and XP
Not sure of the limitations with the trial version..if it wont let you remove it PM me and ill help ye "buy it"

Hmmmm..dunno what else to suggest then m8..must be totally protected within Vista so you cannot remove it.
I tried Vista for about 3 days..got that peed off with it ended going back to XP..Vista has the makings of a good OS..i think ill just wait till service pack 74 is released

Hmmmm something strange indeed. Just done a system restore from yesterday and it seemed to have worked. its scanning for channels now. Strange because nothing has change from when i installed vista untill today.
Now its working with media center, im impressed with the tv guide which is pretty good and the pic quality is great with a cheap ass ariel
