Hi there all,
I was just wondering how many people here know how to do websites have their own or work in HTML cuz im finding it a right headache

What is the best program to work in it ? Frontpage , Dreamweaver etc ?

Any help or pointers would be great.

I use dreamweaver or just plain old note pad.
Try google for some tutorials, I'd offer to help but sadly don't have the time.

I've already usef Frontpage and Dreamweaver for school projects. Highlighting what you want and inserting the HTML's easy, but working out what does what is a bit harder. In Dreamweaver though it tells you everything so I reccommend.

What type of site are you trying to code? Simple or bells and whistles type?

HTML is good for very basic web design and just used for placing bits where you want them. If you do want bells and whistle, unfortunatly you might want to span onto CSS and PHP :-s

Well yeah i have a basic web site up already but i want to add stuff like pay pal shopping carts etc but struggling on how to place the buttons

but yeah basicly i just want a simple site im not wanting a flash bells and whistles one

If you have allready bought a domian name the you could run it through blogger.

It easier than it looks and there loads of other bloggers who have dedicated their own site as tutorials on how to use it.

Yeah well i think im getting somewhere with it now but im not at home at the mo so its gonna have to wait lol

you like it ? yeah but would you buy any games lol rainbow and party zone are the best sellers the newest one is £35 JP 50p " hunt the haggis " but not been able to get that one up yet..

Plus im giving discounts for more than one game but dont know how to do that via a shopping cart ? I guess i will have to list it as a seperate item??

Just a thought but have you thought of using an ebay shop? Only £6 a month and you only need a feedback score of 5 I think. That way its already linked up to paypal.

well i hate Ebay with a vengence lol so im not likely to use that route and have zero feedback score!

i will have to sort it before i put my slotto on there as dont want a repeat of what happened with the rainbow cash ( AKA rainbow riches ) game...
