i am trying to run the rom top tenner in mfme but i can only see the top half of the machine, i was wondering if there is a way to sroll the screen up and down as i can find no way of doing this, help would be much appreciated

Unfortunately theres no way a layout can be scrolled. Only BFMulator supports scrolling.
Pressing F9 releases a little bit of extra space but I'm sure this is of no use to yourself. You could also try changing your monitor resolution in 'Control Panel/Display/Settings' and moving the slider bar on that settings screen to the far right. That is of course, if your monitor isn't already at the highest resolution. Failing all that, you'll need to get a bigger monitor. At least a 17" but preferably a 19" monitor.

If your screen res will only go to 1024, there is always my 1024 Top Tenner layout I did a few months ago - available here and at DADsFME.
It's nowhere near as good as the 1280 version, but it maybe the next best thing until you get a monitor upgrade.
