Hi all, I myself have probably from what I can remember had lost £51 in the space of a few hours at a bowling alley, but what about everyone else?

Also, whats the most you have won, mine being £76.50- LOL at being exact.

ive seen someone spunk £2000 in a party slutto.

according to the arcade, it didnt drop a jackpot untill £6.3k had been cycled into it.

In my eyes £10 is crazy money to blow on fruitys me being old ish i guess ..

The most I ever lost in a single play on a machine was £1200 about 5 years ago. I put in £1700 in to win a poxy £500 back.

When section 16 machines first appeared in our local Gala Bingo Hall I took the £500 jackpot out of a Rio Grande machine for nothing more than the loose change in my pocket.

I noticed a week later that the machine had'nt payed a jackpot since (Gala Fruit machine guy who I knew told me as much as well) therefore I got a clever idea to chase it for another JP. These machines are really good - I thought !!!!

Well, that was the start of a marathon stint on this one machine that lasted a whole Saturday afternoon and evening until closing time 11pm and then again on Sunday as the doors opened I spent another good 8 hours solidly playing this ruddy machine. £ after £ I heard drop down the back of this machine and did it make any difference to the play ? Did it eckers like, the game play was utterly boring throughout. I had no decent wins the whole time I was on it - apart from the JP at the end of course.

I drained several daily withdrawal limits on firstly my cash card and then a credit card or two in the midst of the madness.

I considered myself a good player at the time as I made a regular weekly income just from playing machines so to get stung for the first time ever in such a big way was aweful at the time.

In the end, I managed to get the JP after putting the £1700 in. It was just a relief to actually get it in the end as I was totally out of ideas of how to end the nightmare. I could'nt just walk away could I ?

I look back and laugh at it now but in a way it was probably the best £1200 I ever lost. It made me see just how big a rip off fruit machines (especially S16's) actually are and that was the turning point for me with machines.

Nowadays, I just play the odd Monopoly or Golden Game just for fun. Nothing more and in total control at all times of the gambling thank gawd.

relative to in/out, has to be £105 in a £15 empire machine, and not getting anything above £2 offered! Was full, and not engineer either. Had to walk home cos I spent my bus fare, was sooooo pissed off. I know empires a lot better these days and know NOT to force!

Rio Grande isn't a Section 16 - it works on odds - but the odds of getting the jackpot are very slim -

I did have £1000 out of one once though, as at my local Mecca they have it on £250 repeat jackpot - and if you just leave it instead of pressing it seems to repeat a lot (I know old wives tale -lol), but it seemed to work for me.

Most I have won on one machine is 1000+ - most I have lost is around £600. Overall in my life probably lost £500,000 won £0.

Exactly, if you play regularly in the long term your not 'up'. There's only one winner. As long as you keep that in mind then as least you won't be deluding yourself too much. Most i've lost in one day is about £500. It wasn't on a section 16 either just playing all different ones one afternoon. Most on one machine was about £300 on an Elvis section 16. I have dropped them before and it does make you think they're fantastic. Until the realisation hit's you, that basically, they're turd! If you play them a lot.

The most money i lost in 1 day is £1600 in a CMS haunted house at £10 per spin got the jackpot once after about £1100 but kept going for more and ended up £1600 down was the worst day i have had losing.
The most i have won is £4200 but that was on a fobt in corals but i guess i am still losing over all.

Biggest loss: £20 Biggest win: £75 no idea what machines they were though, was a long time ago.

Hi, Most i have lost in a day was £1600 and remember it well (although it hasn't stopped me gambling). Played a rainbow riches on £500 gold pot, and dropped the pot straight away for a bronze, so thinking it might drop the gold i stayed on it. Thing took £2100 cold blood b4 dropping the gold followed by a couple of small wins. Come off it feeling suicidal only to watch some guy put £20 note in after and get £350 off the featue! NEVER AGAIN
