@Geddy. Without downloads the site would simply fade over time. Like you say, DXcellent has his own download point as does DIF. Not too sure, but do these guys allow their layouts to be uploaded here?

age the obvious one, but ive got loads of little reasons that have crept up over the years, one big bug bear is the sofa adverts that start in september, i have never known anyone who wanted a sofa for xmas, its like getting you other half an iron, the guilt trip of getting a 20+ person table so granny dont sit on an odd chair, then the boxing day sales that start before xmas eve,

Guys thanks for your responses, just popped down - and one member of staff seems to own the place - buying and selling their own drinks and seems to be part and parcel of the deal - tenants living above the pub who 'work there', a separate flat which the brewery knew nothing about who already has a tenant - they said its up to you what to do with that, no details at all of the services, water, gas, electric.

 

Rent dicussed - we can start at just £10 per week, and build up from there - 24 hours notice to quit either side - but we will handshake on a month.

 

Investment £2000, (then heard of the grapevine another £3000 for stock etc)

 

We tested the water so to speak and the first round was £6.20 - charged us £6.00 as no change in the till, second round £6.20 due - staff forgot to take the money, and 3rd round - money taken!, all the time, the till saying 'please log in', 

cellar has total mould - unacceptable and i said you would be closed down instantly - response - we will charge the previous tenant for that - the tenant has only been there fore 8 weeks, the state of mould can not grow that quickly.

 

Staff boasted that they earn more in 2 weeks working behind the bar than a full month in a care home.

 

The whole operation is running with no one with a personal licence - totally illegal

Banning out of hand is a dangerous game, sometimes long time “inactive” members suddenly become site supporters. Happened quite a bit when the new emulator was released...

 

That would be so that they could download more, another sign of someone wanting everything at once.

If not, it would be interesting to know whether or not they suddenly donate again when the new version is released!

I expect a high percentage of members have simply signed up to download freebies and have no real interest in the forum side of things.  Nothing really wrong with that.

Isn't that what banditboy was doing , correcting the incorrectly worded titles/authors of the layout's maybe not. I'm certainly not perfect when it comes to the correct grammar and punctuation lol, but it's only a case of separating a few words in the titles even I can do that if needs be??
The search bar worked for the whole title though.

The problem isn't that you're or or that you're repeating things.

 

The problem is, that you didn't reply to any of the offers of help, you just continued asking questions, apart from once last night, you haven't acknowledged anything I've put, to try and help you.

 

You say you now have some bpaks..... make sure they are the ones that will run on your machine, BEFORE adding them to your HDD, or else you'll knacker it.

 

AFAIK all the available bpaks that will run on a rio cab are on cliffs repro (I upped everything I had)

 

You shouldn't ask where people get stuff from, all that matters is they have them and are good enough to share them with other members.

 

I also get the feeling that some of the games you want (Rocky for instance) are for 777 cabs and won't run on a rio.

 

People spend hours and hours looking for things to add to resources so it isn't really fair to expect them to give you the info without a second thought.

 

If you can't find what you want round these parts, then I suggest you do some of the leg work yourself and start searching like others have to.

OK, so judging by what you have said, you are here to troll etc then? Like I have already stated, NO! and I will thank you to stop intimating as such.

Correct in that some folks found it quite shocking / Dirty as you put it, and a part of me is 100% with you on that (Having been to Beaconsfield before just a few weeks previous), whilst some folks also saw the funny side of it..... we try here to be accommodating to all views expressed, and as Ady has shown, we will not discriminate anyone with a differing view, so long as things are kept civil. Which I have done.

One thing I do wish to point out, is that NO ONE on the other sites this has appeared on, is trying to turn it in to an attack vector, aimed at selected persons in the way you have done, so it does make one wonder if you are trying to turn this in to some sort off attack towards persons you dislike, hence myself asking about trolling earlier.
