The debug was a great help. 

I think the problem was i had been clicking the button shown in the properties window and not on the playing field when testing.

Hi all,

i have wired up a coin mech to the ipac keyboard emulator and it's working great and is recognising each coin.

a quick google and i found a suggestion saying " £ in is usual button 47 and 20p is something like 45" and this works on a couple of machines but not all.

on bolder dash i have created a button and selected 20p mpu4 but nothing happens

can anyone point me in the right direction?

So i have been building a full cab and retired my controller and i'm really happy with how it's turned out.

Can anyone help me getting the cover working in mgalaxy? 

I can see all of the roms and load them but images show as media missing.

how do you get mgalaxy to display the image art for the fruit machine?

Ah man that really sucks, i think it's an amazing project.

I've also found the arduino forum to be a difficult please for help depending on your project.

Thought i'd share my first attempt at a MFME controller.

I'm using - 

2 x pac drives for the lamps - Ebay Link

1 x Arduino Mega for button inputs - Amazon Link

1 x Arduino Mega screw shield - Ebay Link

To turn the arduino into a joy stick i use - https://github.com/AlanChatham/UnoJoy as MFME only supports keyboard inputs i also use this software https://joytokey.net/en/.

I only used the arduino because i had a couple kicking around. would recommend a keyboard emulator.

do we need a special version of Fruit Squeezer to  used the screen output?

I have v.19 on windows 10... an it works for some

 

I've been sent 5.1 but when trying to open, I'm promted with a msg 'could not find pacdrive.dll?? or similar... 

 

been told i need to put 5.1 in same folder as v.19.... (that might sound like an obvious instruction to most, but I can not do it...!) 

 

does windows 10 definitely run 5.1?????

Inside the MFME 19 folder you will find a file called pacdrive.dll, just copy that into the MFME 5.1 folder
