We had a file broken report on this one and we cannot work out whether it was originally released as a Door Open release, but that is the only way we can get any life out of the layout. Perfectly playable in door open mode.
Vectra did report in Feb 2016 that he got some action with the coin input, so refer to him if you are desperate to play in closed door mode and he may remember what he did.
