Looking good, jut watch out with some of the roms you use as some had the blue sevens paying £4 instead of 3. This should only apply to the £10 and £8 roms mind, you maybe ok tbough as it was only certain sftware revisions that had changed.

There are 3 playable Andy capp's around the Blackpool area.

One in the arcade on the pier at Fleetwood.-Andy Capp 10p/£4- This one pays £4 for the blue and red 7's.

One in Warwicks Amusements in Blackpool t.centre near to the Winter Gardens. Andy Capp 10p/£6

One in Warwicks Amusements in Layton/Blackpool. Andy's Great Escape-10p/£6.

 

If anybody knows of the arcades-maybe some pics could be taken of the slots.

I barred myself from Warwicks as had a conflict of interest in one of the venues but I will take a trip to Fleetwood and see if the Andy Capp is still there.

Yeah was quite a few versions of these, the new bwb versions at the time wouldnt pay jackpot on either unit, umless you got the max 147 or 180 features from the red bar exchange. If you got to £4 on either machine if you press start it would pause for about 10 seconds then spin a one which would be back to sleep on andy capp and tax man on great escape, very naughty.

If anyone's out and about this weekend and spots a Andy's great escape can you please take some snaps of the hi lo reels as want to get em as accurate as possible I know the Andy n Flo's are different with every number, if none can be found I'll search Google for images and remake them.
Unfortunately there's not much YouTube vids of this machine around unless they're titled differently

As stated above Vectra-There is a Andy's Great Escape in Layton,Blackpool-Warwicks Amusements.

Will be hard to get pics mind,as is a very small arcade and cameras everywhere!!
