another jpm conversion for mfme this time pinball wizard, flyer thanks to samson81 but as you know its a pain in the arse with the BIG yellow arrows across vital parts of the flyer, not much to show yet only the flyer cleaned ready for cabbing up still a bit more to do on cleaning it as a bit scuffed in places.

Cheers ady don't know what it looks like above due to on phone at mo, but I'm looking into the sideart obviously pinball themed.
Another question, does anybody have a blank cab for this maybe a dark purple or dark grey one I can use, if not it'll be the standard red one used mainly on these jpm's cheers

The three tower text are poor quality on the flyer Vecs, mine we redone completely by Fin on my JPeMu version 11 yrs ago, I'll see if i can dig out the artwork for you tomorrow when I get back, the work he did was impressive.

Ok pook cheers, yes the blue knockouts especially are hard to read even on the flyer I'm working on resized to a whacking 395mbs lol.

coincidence or what, a topics appeared over @the mecca with the very machine also didn,t know that this machine has an IM board on it where the pinball name goes red

Here's the original art, as you can see my scan was crap so you're best sticking with what you got but can cut out and overlay the 3 towers that were redone as you can see they are great. To be clear, Fin redid these for credit purposes.

Ok cheers for this pook, on the mecca topic I've also asked the member on there for photographs of the actual machine including cab n reels etc so maybe I can do a photo dx so keeping various avenues open, still haven't worked out the red lamps in the logo for IM boards.

''Normally'' the red lamps will be the row below or above the normal lamps sometimes they are every other one e.g 110 white 111 red 112 white etc.

Cheers tommy on the converted layout I'm working on I've so far got 7lamps for the pinball name each as you say go up in two's and four lamps which i thought were for the "wizard" as they a light up when running but the wizard ones do go out slightly when you get a okey donkey roll em!

Love this machine.... the music on the feature board is really good.

Restored one of these last year, picked it up from a shit hole town a few miles from mine for £20.

 

Needed new locks (had a spare new set) the battery removing off the game card by a fly by wire and a bloody good service. Good clean, repainted a few bits and fitted a better pair of speakers.

 

Was a really good machine, apparently its in an arcade in kent or margate somewhere now, the man who picked it up was a haulage company and said the guys always buying them up, there was 3 or 4 other machines in the van.

thanks to no1 stoney for many photo's of his machine.  i've replaced the three feature towers and placed the flyer within the original cabinet, this isn,t the finished artwork yet as will need newer buttons and cut out the cab for placing within background art.

now added the sideart, unfortunately I couldn,t open the file Ady upp'ed at the beginning of this topic so don,t know what he uploaded within. but here's the artwork so far "off" added new coin area and buttons to no1 stoney's photo of the cabinet the flyer's placed in.

hope its still clear enough to read??

quickquestion on this , does anybody remember or know if the flippers light up on this? no1 stoney says they don,t on his machine but according to the lamp picture obtained from the mecca there appears to be four lamps, two each side also you can see the seven lamps for logo red and normal ones, what order I son,t know as yet been trying to get an IM board but ain,t having none lol.

Just to clear things up i obtained photo's and various information from stoneyat421. Not no1stoney as stated earlier sorry for any mix up caused. I'll try n remember this in my final release info.

1/2 way through the lighting process just the trail to go. lit the logo red but still not sure where the lamps go and numbers same as the flippers but we're on the case as we speak.
