hi folks,having this pop up when i try to install messenger from the play store...it only happens with messenger and all other apps download and run fine. ive cleared cache and done all the usual things,but no joy... any ideas please?

Phones also pop very well on a bonfire.

Your best bet is to back it up to Google or your computer and do a fresh format...

 

Or check that your Messages app (the app you use for texts etc) isn't blocking the install of other message apps (this can happen if you've set as default any messages app, to avoid conflict).
