New member looking for some help please.

I have bought a donna kebab barcrest machine and recently had the coin mech converted to accept the new pound.

I have got everything working except the hopper is not being filled automatically by the new pounds ...(it was by the old pounds)

I am guessing this is to do with the router plug which has 1 (blue) wire not connected. (Maybe slipped out when I removed the coin mech)

I have tried to connect this wire to all the slots/pins on the bottom row with no success.

Any help appreciated . Please see photo attached

Has it ever worked?

If so,try dumping the hopper and DON'T press hopper top up button afterwards.

See if quids then go to hopper.

Yes it worked with old pound coins

Tried dumping hopper ...no success
