There was an updated cash Rom for these machines were it wouldn't let you gamble blue 7s for jackpot but it could be achieved off the board every blue moon and off nudge pot when one away. The version number of these is 4. Something and 5. Something open the back door and as it boots up look at the nudge pot and the Rom version will show up in there.
Got my new fruit machine, but...

Oooh, I'm going to have to have a dabble on those later roms. I never played any versions that would not allow the gamble on blue sevens, unless it was token low.

Was it BWB or Barcrest version Tommy?

You can do it on mine, strange! Despite it being all cash.
Turn off the dip settings, referring to tokens and it blocks the gamble.
(Enable high/low token payout) bank 1 switch 3&4 I think.

I have a version of Ben viva espana which is 5p £4 but when you get luxury goods and hit the £4 it gives you 6 pound it is sloppy coding.

I think I have the generous version as mentioned before. I've sent off the mpu4 for repair and the coin mech for reprogramming, when all are back i'll power her up and look at the nudgepot for the version, maybe we'll know if I have the generous version or not.
