Having issues with my JPM Roller Coaster. All working great until this week. Coins not registering, when open back door they can be seen half way down coin mech.
At one point the alarm went off and it showed error 1.9 but this is not every time
Any help please?

Sounds like the mech is jammed up with coins, you will have take the mech out, normally a white clip you pull forwards, lift mech up, it will come out, take wire plug out.
You can try giving it a bit of a shake and see if that clears it, if not you will need to unscrew the separator off 2 screws, this will be linked with a wire when unscrewed.
And will probably have to take the front plate off the mech 1 screw.
While there in the front plate there may be 2 plastic sensor lenses theres no harm in giving them a wipe.
Clean inside of the mech flap, spring loaded pull it forward, spray some polish on a cloth and give good wipe.

Sometimes on Impact, the reject tube comes loose and can cause a back log.

If it's a c435a coin mech, take off the plastic chute divider part screwed to the bottom of them mech and check the sorting flap at the bottom is clipped into place and goes from oneside to the other nicely. I've had this problem and that's what caused the strim error and coins backing up.

Thank you all very much
Took out the coin mech and found the blockage so now sorted. However, when I turned the mains supply back on, the alarm sounds. Any idea what I've done? I've checked doors are closed etc
Thanks again
