Can't remember where I last saw this machine, who made it and in what year, and I wasn't into fruit machine techs and the works, all I cared about was the sounds. I came across it in Weymouth in the early to late 90's. It was in it's atract mode and it said something like "Time for the penalty shootout! Come on! You can do it mate!" Does anyone know if this machine has been done, and if so please give me a download link and/or the details? Thanks. Please note I have been unable to use fruitemu.co.uk due to forgetting passwords, only now use dadsfme, DIF or this site. Also I wasn't sure where to put this topic so feel free to move it.

Thanks Vectra, what company made this machine? Also saw football fever, don't think it's that one but there is a penalty shootout sample. No come on you can do it mate sample in either but I'll keep them running in the background and see and also keep an eye on this post. Any luck I'll let you know.

The machine it might be has been released at DIF it's called Cup Final by BWB.

There were others like it call Big Match and Sky Sports, both not yet released.

Doh see Vecs already linked you to the layout.

don't think it's that one, match of the day again doesn't have those samples, not sure if it has sounds in attract mode. it may have not been a fruit machine but defo football related arcade game of sorts. I do think it was a fruity and the saying at the end sentence was "come on you can do it mate!" Keep posting if you have any ideas but be aware I can only read text through my speech software, no graphics please.

Football Fever said something about a penalty shootout when you collected that feature.

I don't think any BFM machines either had sounds in attract mode or even those samples. Yes football fever says something about a penalty shootout feature, but I didn't see a sample of come on you can do it mate in the sample list. Also the sample list in cup final play all high pitched, but the machine plays fine. Like I said it could have been an arcade football game, but we stood next to a fruity. It looked like a BWB or Empire cabinet though, best way I can describe it is square buttons on the main part where usually start exchange etc are, then I remember a speaker on the actual front of the machine itself. Not sure about the screen and other buttons as it went off when we past it. Not sure how many know Weymouth here, but it was a rather noisy arcade near a funfair at Bowlease Cove. I went there from 1994 until the early 2000's. We then took apartments/B&B's in Weymouth itself. Keep trying to help me, I'd love to see this machine done purely just for memories. Thank god I have the simpsons as that was another popular load of machines, all high volume and distorted. Yet again I can't get the volume this high in MFME, even with the new shift - and shift = keystrokes, and I don't particularly want to fiddle with the doors as they're not accessible with my speech reading software.
