Hi there folks this is Mr Eager Beaver here got my new machine the one I've wanted for years saved up the money got the machine and well what do I go and do have the bottom door open once I find I needed it open to get the games menu to show up.

Then closed the door with my foot the keys drops from the lock and now I can't get the key to fit in the key hole to open the bottom door.

So my first question here is how do I solve this problem without breaking the door of my new £4000 machine on day one.

I will ask Wessex coin if they can come up with a solution as well but this now leads me on to my second question I could do with being answered once I get the first problem solved and get all 9 games to show up on the menu system.

I need to understand how to see how many games are on the demo mode and how to get to them so I can see how many if any there are.

Thirdly is there an area where you can download demo games for your machine like you could with the Rio enhanced machine?

So you are using:

1. The right key.

2. When you put it in, the extended pin of the key is at the bottom of the key and lock ( think six o'clock ).

3. Turning the key clockwise.

The lock is reversed from the top lock in positioning ( at least on mine ).

The bottom door should also open via the lever on on right hand side - so even if closed, you will be able to open it.

If the keys are the circle keys with a nipple on them file the nipple of the key as sometimes the lock can twist round slightly stopping the key going into it

I think you need to take a few pictures of the key and the lock, although highly unlikely you might have bent the key or nipple when you dropped it.

Thank you all for your suggestions will try them all in the morning in the hope at least one of these will work so it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to fix it. I've also watched a few videos on you tube on the issue one wanted me to drill the the lock and replace the lock. The second was to attempt to pick it so i bought a set of lockpicks to try that I just hope I can sought the problem out becuase having the machine for just 1 day and doing this is slighlty embarrasing to say the least.

Take a look at this http://www.larkinweb...bular_lock.html

hard to explain that but the pictures there should help if its what I think it is

personally I prefer the filled key as if u have a bunch for the machine together its easy just to open it and then go straight to the next door and can take the key out whilst its open

A picture of the lock ( as I mentioned above ) would have shown this straight away.
