more and more restrictions in the UK mean that alternative methods ae needed to login. it used to be a simple case of https:// and then the .eu suffix on the end.

now ive found that all dont work with virgin media, so ive installed Browsec: for firefox and get through every time.

i was using hola for chrome, but found it was hit and miss with poor download times.

the firefox addon can be found here and free to the masses - https://addons.mozil.../addon/browsec/

its not just Virgin Media mate, its all ISP's they are trying to block it in the UK and trying everything but its not working.

if you go on the forums on there you will see there is a lot of talk about this all.

yes and no

its not the ISP's that want to block them, its the court order they have received making them do it.

VM are generally weaker with their blocking than other ISPs. Changing your DNS to Google / Open DNS and using https is usually enough.

Otherwise just use ToR or one of the other options that is listed on the logon page :)

Forget addons just search for a site that unblocks the page you were trying to view.
