My machine, after initializing always says refill on the alpha for a few seconds after every start up. Hopper is full too its capacity £350 (note acceptor fitted), and when not full turned refill key and pressed hopper top up button too give the impression i have filled manually. Its a family guy scorp 4 machine (Bell Fruit). Does it always do this or is there a problem (or nothing i should be worried about). Thanks in advance

I had this problem with one of mine and I was told not to worry about it that some do it it's in the software

Battery not dead?

Turn it off with credits on leave it off for a bit turn back on should still have credits.
