Fruitymad2003,

I was using 1.46 for Indiana Jones. You told me to use 1.45 instead. I cannot get 1.45 working now, nor 1.46. When I load a ROM the emulator stays in its grey form.

I wanna play Indiana Jones.

Msx,

Your layout is corrupted, Indiana Jones is a 1.45 Release and does not work on 1.46. Just download the layout again (or re extract the zip file if you keep them) and all will be well again.

Note if you open a 1.45 Layout with 1.46 it corrupts files and vice versa

Hope this solves your problem

Wozza,

I had other ROMS there which worked on 1.46. I have put 1.46 onto me PC again and these don't work either.

If you tried to open a 1.46 layout with 1.45, it will be corrupted

You can fix them by following these steps

make sure you have 2 exe's for jpemu, one for 1.45 and one for 1.46

e.g. jpemu145.exe & jpemu146.exe makes life simpler (just right click and rename), check any shortcuts/menu items and repoint.

Create Layout folders that are separate so you dont accidently corrupt Files

e.g.

C: JPemu
jpemu145.exe
jpemu146.exe
etc
Layouts
145 Layouts
Indiana Jones
etc
146 Layouts
Roller Coaster
etc

Now for the fix open the .JPM File in notepad (right click open with...) for the bust layout and in the file will be a line that reads

LAYOUT=

Now look for the .JPM file and enter the correct entry e.g. Rollercoaster would read

LAYOUT=ROLLERCOASTERDX2.JEL

Just save and open with the correct exe.

If this all a bit to hard just download the Layout / re-extract the zip

Hope this makes sence
