I am pretty sure it was called Miami Dice not Vice. No doubt they would have had to pay a licence fee to some american TV company if they called it Miami Vice.

The series of machines you mention are all video based and use custom hardware to interface between the MPU4 and a TV output. This custom hardware is not currently emulated.
