With only 7 days to go, have you made one yet??

Or did you make one for 2012 and stick to it??

Or do you just simply not do one, because you are simply hopeless of keeping it...!

Mine- Stay off ANY B3 machine............. I failed all 3 of mine last year, pretty much in the first week as well.

-Merry Christmas to everyone on Fruit Emu too!!

I'm not gambling at all next year. I've tried repeatedly throughout the year to teach myself to play with discipline, but unfortunately I have 'issues' whereby when I lose, I lose big time.

Apparently I have issues surrounding the morality of gambling, and if I feel I am being wronged, I end up gambling 'angry' - not good. So I've had some very enjoyable gambling experiences and wins this year - but unfortunately, looking back, the times I remember most vividly are the angry, stupid, self-destructive gambling sessions.

Absolutely utterly determined to give it up this coming year!!!!

Determined to lose the beer gut next year.  I go to the gym 4 times a week, but eat too much in between, so food control is my watchword for next year.

Quit the ciggies and cut on the gambling already this year, so that's 2!

Think I will have a year out this year and make another for 2014!  :cute:

Not being Mr Perfect this year, but feel that's enough for me!

Btw if anyone is trying to quit the ciggies, try electronic cigarettes, BRILLIANT

Worked for me, 6 months down the line now, don't even crave one.

Try em

I don't make resolutions although I quit smoking on 1st Feb 2012 but unfortunately with-in past 3 months I've piled on at least 2 stone and can barley fit in my clothes anymore so some drastic action is required. I don't think it is smoking related just excess sugar & calories: Drinking to many Innocent Orange smoothies, eating baskets of Grapes and drinking larger other than that I never look back and glad I've quit I don't feel much different or deprived etc just feels as is I never smoked at all.. Actually I do feel different as I was smoking myself stupid towards end of 2011 so is good not to have dry mouth, brain fog or to stink of smoke. :)
