Hasn't there been some hype and going to town with it all though. I had never even heard of the Mayans until this past few years... although apparently Nostradamus had predicted the same timescale and there is a galactic alignment of the Sun being at the equinox of the Milky Way on the 21 December.

That aint photoshopped mate i seen it on my mates Iphones today found it funny as hell

Im pretty sure we will be here for xmas if im right all these predictions before have never materialised.

just like the millenium bug isnt it, everybody on dec 31st 1999 rushed out to buy a new computer because they saw it in newspapers that their computer would blow up because it wouldnt be able to cope after 31/12/99 23:59:59.

Gullible people is what i say.

Dec 21 2012 is actually the day aliens come back to claim the earth as their own. I should know this because it said so in the x-files final episode.

Well I hope I get paid tomorrow double wage, then I,ll blow it all in nearest arcade lol. Got more chance of seeing elvis and michael jackson down arcade streaking a dond lol. If the world does end I hope there,s a big arcade in heaven with all my favourites and a 100 player partytime. Also maybe that's why the sales have started before christmas grab a bargain before its to late. Tick, tick, tick BooM.

It doesn't turn the 21st December throughout the world at the Same time.

My thoughts exactly , i mean its 00.00 in Australlia 10 hours before its 00.00 here and in New York its still 17.00 on Dec 20th , so ... how does that work then..

Jeez , ive survived about 20 'end of the worlds' so far and im only 42 , how many more are there gonna be..
