Hi guys,

I've just picked up a nice DOND 4 reel club machine, and am really pleased with it!

However, there are a couple of things I would like to adjust, but I don't have the manual so was hoping someone could help me out!

Firstly, it is on a measly 72% and I would like to increase it - how do I go about this?

Also, it is currently on a £250 jackpot. It includes the decals etc for all other jackpots and I would like to change it to £100. I did find the stake/price key with the dip switch settings and adjusted them while the machine was off, but when I switched it on it still came up as £250 jackpot even though I set the switches for £100. Is there something else I should have done?

I've had a few machines before so have a rough idea what Im doing, but never had a bell fruit machine so am a little lost!

Also, does anyone know where I could download a manual?

Thanks in advance,

Mark

I'm not too experienced with settings with slots. however i did find a manual (obv there would be different types of this but it may be a help): http://www.fruitmach...lobal-169-p.asp
it would be on the engineering/bios menu I believe (my m8 used to work on them)

the percentage however you may need the percentage chip to change it.

Cant help with the rest but the percentage can be changed via the dips on bank 2 turn on 6 7 and 8 that will set it to 90%.

Thanks guys!

At the moment it can be played at either 10p or 20p play (20p play is normal start button, and 10p play is exchange/10p play button), when played 10p play all wins are halved.

Amongst the decals, there is a button insert to change the 10p play/exchange buttton back to a normal button, which I would want to do and have it only at 20p play.

Re; jackpot. I prefer smaller jackpots for my home use machines, and will save me floating the hopper too much - will have a£150 float.

There are two banks of DIP switches on the inside left of the machine, with one bank for stake and the other for prize. So far, I have tried switching machine off, adjusting the switches to 20p play, £100 jackpot - and I thought it would be as simple as that! Previous machines I've had (mostly Barcrest) when you switch it back on it displays somehting like "percentage changed" etc, then initializes as normal. However, with this DOND when you switch back on it is stll £250 jackpot. So, I put it back to how it was until I know how to do it properly!

That manual would definitely help, but I was hoping I could download one from somewhere as I was hoping to get this fixed ASAP rather than wait to recieve something through the post.

There are dip swicthes on the main CPU on the back of the machine too - do I need to do anything with these??

Again, all help appreciated!

Many thanks,

Mark

Dill 13 off the top of my head as the machine is in Dual stake mode 10p/100 or 20p/200/250

you can read the two banks as one bank so the first set of 8 is dills 1 to 8 the second bank is dill 9 to 16

If your real not sure go into test 9.1 or 9 under keys then play with the dills then you can see whats the setup via the alpha

I.E PC=72% and next to it is the stake and prize`s D/S 100/200  so it looks like this PC72% D/S100/200

To fruit machine 500:-

the £500 Jackpot setting were often on a separate program so although the dips are correct it would ignore the setting without the correct ROMS.
