Swp Emulators

There is an emulator that loads BOTH the ITBOX & INDIE games (without the need to load seperate emulators)

Darn it! Wish I'd known that before I went through and added the Executables to each game that needs it!! (Thankfully I've only put 30 games on anyways!!)

Just out of interest though - what command do you use to launch the emulators in Simpletouch FE, when loading each of the games...

In the games tab of the FE config screen, where you set the location of the games EXE attract icon and such... there is a line there for the location of a pre-game executable. I've set that to the Sim... The pc is configured to load the Itbox server on startup followed by Simpletouch.

(I hope thats the info you ment).

I don't suppose you've come accross anyone getting full coin functions (Either by JPM I/O board or IPAC)??? (Probably a long shot)

daddymac... Glad you got on well with it!! Ah well I'll just delete Guess Who.. as you said there are plenty of other games that do work!! I found a skin for Simpletouch today saying that, Metal I think its called?? If your interested I'll post a link to file....

Although it is in the PARAGON folder - it will only load up and play when the INDIE sim is running in the background.
Just had it playing on Windows 7 without any problems.

It loads on mine WITHOUT either sim (it just loads £40 in credit).

It brings up the loading screen but to see the game I have to alt-tab to bring it forwards... I've had a go at using AutoHotKey - Alwaysontop function but it didn't work.. I will try some other stuff today.

I tried loading it with indie and itbox sims but both times it did the same thing.

Just found this today.
For some of the non-working Paragon games, try copying the wg dll files from ChockaBlock directory to the game directory. At least one of them seems a newer version. Works for SP1 and ATW.

Hi niall,

I brought a dvd off a certain site with some of the games on and after running all the emulators and setting up st front end i have a problem with some still  working and i guess i dont need sonar as i have a touch screen aio pc

could you send me the files as well please as i think i only have around 75 and skill ball bing is one that i cant get to work no matter what i try....

Thanks for the link, I dip into these now and then, usually when I go abroad and take my touchscreen laptop. Nice to see a frontend for them.

 

Downloaded them on my non touch PC, used sonar mouse emulation, had a quick 5 mins trying to get them up and running. Got the frontend up with the games showing, but couldn't get any games running, so I guess it will be trial and error.

 

Hopefully be on my touchscreen working, for the plane journey, when I go to the USA at the end of November.

Mate, these work without touchscreen ( i test them all out on non-touch first )  all i can think is make sure you extract and copy the "SimpleTouch FE" folder into "Program Files" and create a shortcut to "STFE.exe" within that folder

Can't edit previous post, but there was 1 more thing, please find attached some .dll files that need to go in your windows system32 folder, see if that helps aswell. Cheers

is anyone else having no credits showing in paragon games under win 10?

has no one else encountered this with paragon? i have put the dll`s in the right directory, im sure i never installed them before, but perhaps im wrong, any help appreciated

admin pointed me in the direction of this thread.

 

Was looking for the roms available for the swp machines.

 

I have the x37 from the torrent thats floating about but come to a dead end in terms of anything else.

 

Appreciate any pointers to broaden my mame/hyperspin setup.
