What is the point of German fruit machines?

Best Answer I have finished, 27 July 2019 - 01:36 PM

Thanks Tommy you've put that in a way someone with autism can understand. Thanks so much for explaining. I understand totally it's an emulation scene as well. I just prefer playing on machines I've played on and understand what the voices are saying as it helps me when learning, for example when the game is over. This is obviously learned by me and my blindness and repeated quotes like "You're gonna wait for a long time!" means the game is over in the simpsons epoch. Sometimes I need help understanding what is said, and I will always visit the forums and PM or post a topic on this.

Not sure if I have asked this or if it's been mentioned by anyone here. I have noticed lately there's been lots of German or Dutch machines releases on DIF and somewhere here too, for example, road runner MPU4 that I used to have. It's quite amuzing them being here, but I don't speak fluent German or Dutch at all, I learned a bit of sprachen Deutsch lol but not every single word. I was wondering what the point was because I want the English version of the blues boys BWB and wasn't sure if it was available yet in English. I know there was an MFME 5 version but wasn't sure if it was v19 compatible.

This is an emulation scene mate, it isnt specifically just for english machines nor english national's. We have quite a large catergory of dutch machines in the bfemulator and spidy over at dif is creating a german machine catelogue.

What i would suggest is,dont download the games if you think they're pointless, the release threads yell.you there german so there will be no mix up. Emulation is about preservation wether it be english,or foreign machines.

Hold the bells mate.

If 5000 Germans joined FE and 5000 joined DIF and donated a fiver each that would be a lot of fivers to tide things over for a bit. In retrospect, Emulation has no, colour, creed, age or country exclusions. Emulation is universal!!!
