HI, an updated version of barcrests Action Note would be great, or any of the SRUs thats not been done yet such as Eachway Shuffle blue, Lucky 2s or original Eachway nudger, if its possible.

Any chance of a remake of Action Note, loved the flash note feature, brilliant sounds too, a better machine than flash cash.

Many thanks. I'm having problems with this one. I'm using vista so using the xp versin of v6, when i get the feature on the slaves it donesnt connect to the top box and the top box stays in attract mode.. ive pressed the shift and l to connect them.. any help would be appreciated. cheers Shaun

Wow thanks for this. It was the machine that got me hooked. Could be a tight one but then  I once had £1.00 hold 7 times ( and itr was all cash too), Loved the JPMs in the early 80's brilliant game play and artwork..miss them

Personally I find FME very boring now.

 

Apart from the emulation side of things there used to be a fantastic atmosphere too...we'd come on-line have a laugh and a joke---it was something that was actually enjoyable to do.

 

Although I can/could still make layouts I am just fed-up of the constant abuse I receive and so use my social time for nicer things.

 

I think what the emulator creators are doing deserves a gigantic thumbs-up, but sadly, I think with the demise of resources that's sure to happen again it'll just go full circle.

 

Can't remember the last time I booted a layout up to play...all I've downloaded for is to allow me to take a SS to add to a release thread. 

HI although I dont post alot on here, im shocked when you said you get abuse, dont know why anyone would, I think this site is amazing and so are the creators. You,ve allow me to play machine i never thought i could ever play again, and some ive never played or would have played in the wild lol. I would like to thank you all, and you,ve saved me mony as i rarely play them for real anymore-no fun and too expensive. Though i just live for the day when the SRU`s can be emulated, would be on par with the MPU2/3s.

SRU isn't in the publicly released emulators at present, but has been done privately.  SRU is the tech that EWS, LAN and EWN was originally done on.  Cash 'N' Carry was an old Barcrest machine with the flat looking cabinet; if it's the one I'm thinking of.  Think that was done on MPU1, which isn't emulated at all.

 

 

Yeah.  I'd love to see SRU getting released.  Got a couple of lovely WIPS waiting for the day it finally arrives.

What fantastic layouts, add Nudge Double Up Delixe mk1/Double Top and id be in 7th heaven, hope they can be done soon.

fab, one of the few machines that (temporarly) diverted my attention from the SRU`s at the time. Cant remember ever winning much, apart from the gamble to £1.50 and hoped it held! (did once at a traveling fair near me and i got about £12,00 from it!!). However, an excellent machine, a god compared to todays low life.

forgot to add, the flash note feature sounds on Action Note./Swappa Note/Flash Cash, and the almost screaming Action cash feature when it gives a good win-you dont get sounds like that anymore!
