Afternoon All. 

 

Need a little help with a fruit machine called Vertigo. 

Its a fairly old machine ( MPU5 ) 

Its set for some reason on 2p play £5 jackpot. 

I know there has been one emulated few years ago on £25 jackpot.

All im looking to do is change stake to 10play. 

I have used a stake/prize key but is coming up with Invalid key. 

Can anyone help/assist ?

I have a image wizard for one of these, well, a king pots so i'd expect it to reimage one of these.

Does this mean it can be copied onto an additional HDD ? If so what games do you have ? What happily pay if this is the case.

As above, I would suggest a corrupt hard drive.  I own one of the same machines and never seen a found new hardware wizard ? 

This was a £100 machine they converted it down to £5 when they brought in some new machines.

Hi everyone, Hoping i have posted in the correct category 

 

When i start up the above machine i get the sound of the hopper paying out all coins ? and then a continuous noise ? is there an easy fix for this ?

Many Thanks for this ! Superb work! Would love to see the Arena in the £5 and also a Bullion Bars arena if you have that in the pipe line  

They have already been released Cat D 10p £8 Jackpot, Southend etc has them in the family areas now. 

Another Update just figured it out that i had to Open in Edit mode Duhh! Haha thanks very much!

Smokey bikin i got hopper set on compact2.

Put a 0 in test 2, make sure door switches are set to blank.

Open s door, tick refill, once booted press top up.

 

On the buses tick hopper 2.

 

Hi Richy thanks for coming back to me.. On the buses the Hopper boxes are greyed out not allowing me to change. I have tried the S door etc but it still seems locked out

Hoping someone out there can point me in the right direction. 

 

Been playing a couple of games lately, One being on the buses and the other being Smokey Biker £5 Jp. All play very well however when it comes to collect i am getting hopper empty. I have tried the usual Refil and manually fill but these two in particular seem locked out ? 

 

I'm sure its something simple..

Quick Update! Many thanks to the above, Purchased my new laptop and everything runs wonders  

Just brought a hp pro book i5 processor, 8gb ram, 256gb ssd, 15.6 display , 2.3ghz which can be boosted to 2.8 pick it up in morning hoping it does the job lol

I been offered a refurbished dell laptop 8gb ram, i5 processor, 500gb hd for £140 only downside is only 15 screen

WHAT!! No way.. then again it never did work properly! Atleast we all have a back up of it on MFME

Sorry for the daft question but hoping one of you could spare me some advice

 

My current laptop seems to be rather sluggish at running certain games on MFME Some are okay and some are sluggish.

 

If i was to purchase a new laptop what would people suggest the best spec to go for to run all the mfme games smoothly ?

Unfortunately due to all the taxes these days most arcades are going over to more and more ticket redemption games and also multiplayers for the pure reason they do not have to pay as much tax. Fruit machines are getting less and less common. If you want to travel take a trip to the Isle of Wight and visit both sandown pier and shanklin amusements these are still crammed of all brilliant retro and also low and high tech machines. Deffo worth a trip!
