#192482 How Has What Was Once Such A Good Site Gone So Bad

Posted by Fruity_Goodness on 12 March 2010 - 12:07 PM in Any Topic Chat

My main concern though is that a membership site is run by a couple of trigger happy admins who only allow comment they like and agree with

We can this "The Internet".

#191051 Looking For That Ole Fruity

Posted by Fruity_Goodness on 14 February 2010 - 01:52 PM in Real Fruit Machines

Looking for a nice dog-themed £100jp clubber that they used to have in the Beckenham tennis club back in 1984 or thereabouts. All I can remember is that 4 b&w Paul O'Grady Buster-type dogs got you £50 and 4 coloured doggies got you £100 I think. Don't know what make it was or nuttin'. Any ideas peoples?

#190277 pc help please

Posted by Fruity_Goodness on 04 February 2010 - 07:27 PM in Any Topic Chat

you know how a 200gb hdd shows up as about 190gig?

the remaining space is reserved for system files that are important

that includes the MBR (master boot record) i believe (or something along those lines)

A 200 Gb Hard Disk would actually be 200,000,000,000 bytes which is gonna be 200,000,000,000/(1024^3) = 186.3 Gb. Whatever it says on the box always remember to knock off about 7%. True fact.

#187597 Top 5 barcrest machines on £70

Posted by Fruity_Goodness on 01 January 2010 - 01:34 PM in Real Fruit Machines

Well, I haven't yet played any £70ers but if I did I wouldn't go mincing around with £10s and £20s. I'd go for the full on trousers-down £200 or £300 attack session and hopefully walk away £100 or so down with a good 3 hours of Fruit Machine Entertainment in my tum tum making a repectable entertainment rate of £30 per hour, which is about average for the £25ers and £35ers yes no?

I mean with a £70jp machine you know you've gotta stick £100 in it just to warm it up. Because when you walk up to it, it's gonna be hurting and you wanna slog through 1 cycle and leave it hurting.

Or just don't play 'em. I dunno.

#186980 Jackpotty forums

Posted by Fruity_Goodness on 22 December 2009 - 12:39 PM in Any Topic Chat

Yo Jackpotty Forums!!! Hey they're new aren't they? Can I get emptiers, tricks & cheats to try out on the emulator here? The only one I've ever tried which works is the one for Barcrests Supercharged and I'd like to know more. Whenever the word ''emptier'' gets mentioned here everyone gets very, very tetchy and so I was wondering if it's worthwhile registering my arse on the Jackpotty.

It sounds like shit product design, plain and simple. My Logitech keyboard uses 2xAA and I use Energizer 2000mAh Rechargeables and they last like for months and months or something or nothing. Get rechargeables - save the planet.

#185464 Classic Arcade <<<NOW OPEN>>>

Posted by Fruity_Goodness on 04 December 2009 - 11:03 PM in Any Topic Chat

Yeah, good luck fella. Anyone who opens an arcade with the good ol' classics deserves lottery cash or a government grant. All these arcades full of horrific OXO granny machines and FOBT cnut-in-a-box machines make me puke.
