well, kinda was true but it turns out it was the red on/off switch at the back giving a bad connection - hence the reset and the machine clearing via the tamper option.
a bit of wd40 of the switch and a wipe and all hunky dory.

sorted, the note stacker was full when the mpu6 and hopper were changed over. with the new mpu it didn't pick up the fact that the stacker was full and then put an extra 600 in it. by this point the stack was so full it couldn't remove the notes to the stacker as it was full.
upon emptying the stacker and performing a few recycler to stacker routines it eventually cleared - and moved £1200 to the stacker!
at this point I would usually thank people for the help - but there was none.

right, here is the routing file I was once sent from TTX on the mecca. however I personally cannot access it because ive not donated for a while. if someone is a member could they post it here?
ive had to put it in a text file because both my browsers refuse to let me paste it here

ok, if the coin mech takes all coins but diverts to the wrong place, its working 100% but just needs to be configured correctly.
all the routing plug does is tell the coin mech which coins go where. like previously stated you just need to take the original routing plug off and stick it on the new one. ask over at the mecca as I did and somebody will come forward and tell you how to program it (its actually very easy once you know which pins go where).
stu over at star leisure has always delivered exceptional customer service. im sure if you asked him/his technician for help he/they would oblige.

its not often, ok never I get excited about a DOND or any clone, but this little bad boy could perhaps break the mold.
I tried to copy the link from RLMS home page but this editor wouldn't allow it?
anyway head towards www.rlms-sales.com and check out the cat c release with youtube video (very nice video tony but put together by an amature muppet).

got a real pain here
yesterday I fitted a new mpu6 and new twin hopper, once they were fitted I had to go into the service menu so that the pc could verify the mech/hopper and everything was fine.
it wasn't till it tried to payout a few hundred that it paid out in coins. via the menu the test £20/£10 out is ghosted out. it happily accepts £10/£20 via the test but not payout. note payout is enabled via the serial? menu but as I say the test out is ghosted.
any clues?

perhaps not illegal, if the canteen has a secretary and a chairman then it could be classed as a club?
I disagree though im not 100% myself, but aside the councils decision, the gambling commission would never allow kebab houses/taxi offices. infact ive had many gaming commission mailers informing me of successful raids on the like of taxi offices and chips shops.
